Beat the heat with our 4th of July Special! - We are offering an air conditioning service special for the remainder of the month of July.

It includes:
  • Sea water system service (clean strainer and flush hoses to unit).
  • Clean return air filters
  • Connect gauges and verify proper refrigerant charge levels.
  • Audit overall installation for proper supply and return air ducting, sea water & condensate plumbing,
  electrical wiring and controller programming to insure unit is operating at peak efficiency.

One unit - $150

Two units - $200

Three units - $250

Refrigerant and leak-check time (if required) is additional. Any recommendations or deficiencies identified can be addressed at additional costs. Sales tax not included. Offer applies to work requested through July 31st, 2011.
