The work we do:
Our services include yacht systems design, installation, maintenance, and repair of most on-board systems and equipment. This includes all types of mechanical, electrical, electronic, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and steering systems. We do new equipment and system installations and upgrades, in addition to troubleshooting and repair of existing components. We also concentrate heavily on preventive maintenance services. We specialize in boat repair, boat maintenance, and yacht management services. We serve the greater Clear Lake area, Kemah, League City, Galveston and Seabrook, Texas.
Our home base is located at 1907 Lawrence Road #400, in Kemah, Texas. We are just South of the intersection of FM518 and Lawrence Road. From here, we have quick access to all of the marinas around Clear Lake, as well as most of our local vendors. It also makes for a quicker commute to the Galveston area. This facility houses our offices, workshop, and parts inventory. Customers are always welcome to stop in and say hello. We take great pride in the cleanliness and organization of our shop, right down to the painted floors. We feel professionalism should permeate all parts of an organization, and how we keep our shop is a direct indicator of how we will keep your boat.
Where we work:
True North Marine has been serving boat owners in the Clear Lake, Texas and surrounding areas since 2003. Currently, most of our work takes place in one of the many marinas located in and around Kemah, Seabrook, Clear Lake Shores, Webster, League City, and Nassau Bay. We also provide remote services up and down the Texas and Louisiana coast in places like Galveston, Freeport, Lake Charles, Morgan City, Port Aransas, Beaumont, and Port Arthur. Our customers have also requested our services as far away as Key West, Isla Mujeres, and Cartegena.
The boats we service:
We primarily service vessels from 30 to 75 feet, but we have the knowledge and expertise on staff to meet the needs of just about any customer. Our business focuses heavily on production, semi-custom, and custom pleasure boats (both power and sail), but also includes commercial vessels, dinner cruise, and charter fleet boats. Our customers own all types of vessels, including cruising sailboats, trawlers, express cruisers, motoryachts, sport fishers, racing sailboats, and fishing vessels.
